We are also subject to stares and comments when we are traveling in India together.
My question is what gives people the right to question us about our marriage?
My wife used to wear sindoor and her mangalsutra in India to prove that we are married, she has since stopped doing this.
We don’t have to prove our marriage in Australia so why should we do it in India?
If Indians can’t accept the fact that an Indian woman is married to an Australian then THEY are the ones with the problem.
